Event Wrap Up - La Vie En Riviera

R Marine Pittwater cocktail event raises glasses and opens hearts

On Friday August 4th at the beginning of the Sydney International Boat Show, R Marine Pittwater took client entertaining to new heights. R Marine Pittwater’s ‘La Vie En Riviera’ cocktail event took 120 of its most favoured clients to O Bar & Dining on the 47th floor of Australia Square to an evening of French-themed indulgence.

A photobooth allowed guests to don moustaches and berets, setting a jovial mood for a French Riviera themed evening. Being a revolving restaurant, O Bar & Dining offered a truly moving experience with a 360 views over the spectacular lights of the Sydney skyline and harbour. It also provided a platform for guests to review the latest Riviera releases, while rekindling friendships with fellow Riviera owners and boat enthusiasts.

The guests were quick to show their appreciation with excellent reviews on the food and the evening overall, drawing comments like, “We would just like to thank the team at R Marine Pittwater for such a fantastic weekend. certainly an experience we will not forget in a hurry and appreciate you allowing us to be apart of the ‘Riv’ experience.” J&K

On a more touching note, the evening also provided a venue for a charity auction which raised funds for Riviera security guard Andrew Woods and his wife whose 2-year old daughter Lailah was recently diagnosed with leukemia. Auctioneer Tim Andrews of LJ Hooker Terrigal opened wallets and hearts helping raise a substantial sum for the Woods family, to help with Lailah’s medical support, care and medication. The marine industry was more than generous in their contributions for the auction with prizes donated by Davco, Stern First, Marine Tech Engineering, Quality Marine Clothing, Nuance Photography, Q Service, Gineico, Top Quay Trimmers, Megapulse Australia, The Marina Cafe and R Marine Pittwater.

in addition, there was a substantial amount of cash donations, making the auction a resounding success. we are greatly appreciative of the bidding support from Riviera owners. It is times like this that make the Riviera community feel like one extended and very supportive family.
