On Board Cooking Class With Alex Morris

The sun was out on Saturday while professional chef and food blogger Alex Morris delighted our guests with culinary flare, aboard a luxury motor yacht on Sydney’s Pittwater.

Those who attended were treated to a lesson in cooking onboard, which had our foodies chopping, mixing and grilling in style.

The menu consisted of grilled calamari salad, fish tacos with barbecued Mahi-mahi and fresh mango salsa, and steamed shellfish – all cooked atop the boats inbuilt barbecue!
